Privacy and deletion

Account deletion starts as a review request.

If you can sign in, open Account, choose Support, then use "Request deletion review". If you cannot sign in, choose "Account deletion request" below and include the account email so ownership can be checked.

Support contact

Use the tracked support form.

Messages enter the private admin support queue with assignment and resolution tracking. We aim to review ordinary requests within two business days and prioritise security, privacy, billing, and account-access issues. Do not include passwords, card numbers, private keys, or ID documents.

Security

Report sensitive issues privately.

Choose "Security report" for suspected account, privacy, payment, storage, or authorization issues. Please do not exploit bugs or access accounts/venues you do not own.

Contact is for support, product notes, and venue partner interest.

Wrong prices should still be reported from a venue detail card where possible. Privacy, security, abuse, deletion, export, billing, moderation, and venue partner requests are routed here during beta and are not published on the map.

If you are a bar, tell us the venue name, area, and whether you want to join, claim, or manage an existing listing.

Messages can be anonymous, but if you are signed in we can link it to your account for follow-up.
