If you can sign in, open Account, choose Support, then use "Schedule account deletion". It starts a seven-day cancellation window and shows the scheduled date. If you cannot sign in, choose "Account deletion request" below and include the account email so ownership can be checked.

We aim to acknowledge ordinary requests within two business days and prioritise security, privacy, billing, and account-access issues.
